Website browsing

You can browse the public Natsu Labs website without creating an account. The current studio site is static and does not run advertising or behavioral profiling.

Inquiry builder

The Contact inquiry builder prepares text in your browser and opens your email application or copies the message. It does not upload the inquiry to a Natsu Labs form database.

Email and support

Information you choose to email is used to respond, troubleshoot, evaluate a project, or continue the professional conversation. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, identification documents, private photos, or unrelated sensitive data.

Product-specific policies

Echo

Local media analysis and recall behavior.

PixSense

Local gallery access, cleanup, and media behavior.

Data deletion

Local app data can generally be removed through the app, Android Settings, or uninstalling. Account-based products use the account/data deletion route.

Changes

If the public site later adds analytics, hosted forms, accounts, or materially different processing, this page should be updated before that change is treated as the current privacy behavior.
