Acceptance
By installing or using PixSense, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What PixSense does
PixSense is an offline photo and video cleanup utility. It helps you review, organize, favorite, trash, restore, and delete media stored on your device. It can show cleanup categories such as screenshots, exact duplicates, similar photos, large videos, albums, favorites, trash, and cleanup history.
Your responsibility for your media
You are responsible for the photos and videos on your device and for the actions you choose inside PixSense.
Before deleting media, review the item carefully. Once Android permanently deletes a photo or video, PixSense may not be able to restore it. Keep separate backups of important photos and videos before using cleanup features.
Permissions
PixSense requires photo and video permission to scan and display local media. Some features may not work, or may work with limited results, if permission is denied or if you choose selected-photo access.
PixSense may request notification permission for optional local reminders or new media alerts. Notifications are optional and can be disabled.
No account or cloud service in the current release
The current release does not provide online accounts, cloud backup, cloud sync, remote storage, ads, subscriptions, or online payments. PixSense works locally on your device.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse PixSense, attempt to disrupt the app, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, use it for illegal activity, or use it in a way that violates another person's rights.
Third-party and open source software
PixSense uses third-party open source libraries. Open source notices are available in the app under Profile > Open Source Licenses and on the PixSense Open Source Licenses page.
No professional advice
PixSense is a storage and gallery management utility. It does not provide legal, security, archival, forensic, or professional data recovery advice.
Availability and changes
PixSense may be updated, changed, paused, or discontinued. Features may change over time, especially if Android storage and media permission behavior changes.
