These Terms govern your use of Echo, an Android application provided by Natsu Labs. By using Echo, you agree to these Terms.
Permitted use
Use Echo only on devices and content you are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for the text, media, and files you choose to index, import, save, or share.
Local recall index
Echo creates an app-local search and analysis index. Clearing Echo’s index or uninstalling the app does not intentionally delete your original gallery files. Always verify important content independently and maintain appropriate backups.
Accuracy and availability
OCR, visual labels, object detection, similarity, classification, estimated completion times, and search rankings are automated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Echo is a recall aid, not a guaranteed archive, evidence system, identity verifier, or emergency service.
Device resources
Memory Sync can use processor, battery, storage, and device temperature resources. Echo includes processing-pressure choices and safety guards, but you remain responsible for choosing settings appropriate for your device and stopping processing when needed.
No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natsu Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, or profits arising from use of Echo.
Changes and termination
Features and these Terms may change as Echo evolves. You may stop using Echo at any time by uninstalling it. Natsu Labs may discontinue a release when reasonably necessary for security, legal, or technical reasons.
